Values-based recruitment, which is practiced by all National Panhellenic Conference organizations, focuses on meaningful conversations between collegiate members and Potential New Members with the goal of recruiting women who will have a positive impact on chapters and the Panhellenic community. When a chapter uses Pi Phi's six core values as the foundation on which they recruit their members, a focus is placed on conversation and creating a sincere connection with each woman that walks through the door.
What Pi Beta Phi stands for is not a secret! Our values are included in our mission statement, our tagline and throughout our Ritual. Examples of Pi Phis living our values in their daily life can be found all over our social media, The Arrow® and throughout each chapter.

A LETTER FROM OUR VICE PRESIDENT OF RECRUITMENT
My name is Rylea Gillis and I am honored to serve as the Vice President of Membership for the California Omicron chapter of Pi Beta Phi this year. First, I would like to thank you for visiting our website and making an effort to get to know the amazing women in this chapter.
I'm glad I have found my home in Pi Beta Phi. The incredible women in our chapter are invovled in so many different ways on campus, fostering a wonderfully diverse sisterhood. Among the roles that we individually possess, we all share a commitment to scholarship, leadership, and philanthropic service to others. Being surrounded by such compassionate and driven sisters continually inspires me to be the best leader and friend possible.
The sisters of Pi Beta Phi are so excited to meet you during spring recrutiment and show you why our values of Integrity, Lifelong Commitment, Honor and Respect, Personal and Intellectual Growth, Philanthropic Service to Others, and Sincere Frienship make our chapter special to each of us. My hope is that you will explore the idea of going Greek by participating in spring recruitment and eventually find your home, like I did. We look forward to seeing you!
To register for spring recruitment please visit Chapman Panhellenic's website.
Pi Phi Love and Mine,
VP of Recruitment
